This week we’ll be getting freaky, FREAKY, as well as down and dirty while finishing up our series from the book Song of Songs. We’ll be asking questions about commitment, looking at a picture (literally) of absolute beauty, and reviewing what this book says the “Revelation” of love should really look like.
The heartbeat of Church on the Rock is to help people discover how they can LOVE God and LOVE one another, LIVE with passion, purpose and freedom, and LEAD others to this same experience in Jesus. We simply say, “helping others Love, Live, and Lead in Jesus".

In a world that is so sexually charged, confused, and conflicted, the “Song of Songs” stands out as a display of passionate, emotion-filled, sexually charged, AND God honoring poetry. This week we unpack one of the most neglected books of the Bible.

Most of our lives we have been encouraged to confront our fears and overcome them. Every now and then it's worth taking a moment and questioning conventional wisdom. For example, I’ve always wanted to ride a grizzly bear. So, should I just confront my fear of being mauled to death and hop on the next one I see?
Maybe there is some wisdom in maintaining a healthy sense of fear. The author of Ecclesiastes certainly seems to think so, especially when the results of fearlessness could be fatal!
